A therapy intensive is an extended, immersive healing experience—ranging from half a day to two full days—that allows us to go far beyond what’s possible in a weekly 50-minute session.

 

Instead of slowly circling the same patterns week after week, intensives create the space for focused, uninterrupted transformation.

This work is ideal if you:

- Experience high-functioning anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress
